复方苁蓉益智胶囊联合丁苯酞治疗血管性痴呆患者临床观察
Clinical observation of compound Cistanche Yizhi capsule combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of patients with vascular dementia
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate improvement effect of compound Congrong Yizhi capsule combined with butyphthalide on cholinergic neurotransmitters and brain microcirculation in patients with vascular dementia(VaD).Methods A total of 72 patients with VaD admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine between October 2022 and July 2024 were enrolled.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(36 cases,butyphthalide)and experimental group(36 cases,compound Congrong Yizhi capsules combined with butyphthalide).The clinical curative effect,cognitive function(clinical dementia rating(CDR),mini-mental state examination(MMSE)),brain microcirculation,neurotransmitters and quality of life(generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOLI-74))were compared between the two groups.Results There was significant difference in total clinical response rate between the experimental group and the control group(94.44%vs 77.78%,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,CDR score was lower,and MMSE score was higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).The levels of Qm,Vm,Vmax and Vmin in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,AchE level was lower,and the levels of Ach and ChAT were higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).GQOLI-74 scores in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Congrong Yizhi capsule combined with butyphthalide is beneficial to alleviate dementia,improve cognitive function,significantly improve neurotransmitters and brain microcirculation,and thus improve the quality of life in VaD patients.关键词
