摘要
Abstract
Chronic renal failure has become an important global public health issue due to its high incidence and low awareness.This article primarily searched databases such as CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Data,and found that the theory of"toxin damage to the kidney collaterals"is widely recognized among many medical practitioners.The traditional Chinese medicine pathogenesis of this disease is generally characterized as"healthy qi deficiency and toxin accumulation,with toxin damage to the kidney collaterals"and is treated based on syndrome differentiation from the perspective of"strengthening the body and eliminating toxins,with both internal and external treatment".This article further explores the development of the"toxin damage to the kidney collaterals"theory in the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic renal failure,and discusses treatment strategies based on this theory,aiming to improve understanding and therapeutic efficacy,delay disease progression,and enhance patients'quality of life.关键词
