肌骨超声在推拿诊治寰枢关节紊乱中的应用浅析
Application of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Atlantoaxial Joint Disorders by Tuina
摘要
Abstract
Atlantoaxial joint disorder refers to a mild anatomical displacement between the atlas and axis,resulting in joint dysfunction and surrounding tissue damage,often accompanied by symptoms such as dizziness,headache,and restricted neck mobility.Tuina therapy in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in treating this condition by relaxing muscles and correcting atlantoaxial misalignment.However,manual diagnosis and treatment are limited by imprecise localization and coarse evaluation of therapeutic efficacy.Compared with other commonly used assessment method,musculoskeletal ultrasound,owing to its real-time dynamic monitoring,non-invasiveness,repeatability,cost-effectiveness,and other advantages,is becoming an ideal tool for evaluating the condition of bones,joints,muscles,and nerves at injury sites,demonstrating broad application prospects in both diagnosis and treatment evaluation.This article aims to review the current research and application status of musculoskeletal ultrasound,and to explore its potential in the Tuina-based diagnosis and treatment of atlantoaxial joint disorders,in order to provide a new perspective for research and clinical practice in related fields.关键词
