Review of inflammatory responses in ischemic stroke and the mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine interventions
摘要
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is a common neurological disease with a complex pathogenesis that involves multiple factors.When it occurs,it seriously threatens the patient's life and has multiple types of complications,making it more severe.In recent years,studies have found that the levels of inflammatory factors in stroke patients have significantly increased,and the severity and volume of infarction are closely related to the degree of inflammatory response.Previous studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on stroke,and its mechanism may be related to regulating inflammatory/oxidative stress responses.This article will start with the changes in plasma inflammatory factors in stroke patients and their impact on disease development,focusing on the changes in inflammatory factors in the body of stroke patients using traditional Chinese medicine methods and their impact on stroke.It will review the methods and mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine for intervening in stroke,in order to provide some reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of stroke using traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
