Abstract
Small and medium rivers are complex systems composed of economic,ecological,and social subsystems.Their classification index system can be formed by a combination of multiple ecological,economic,and social indicators,making this complex system an organic entity capable of characterization,description,evaluation,analysis,and decision-making.Guided by the"Happy River"concept,a classification index system for small and medium rivers was constructed based on five aspects:natural attributes,flood disaster prevention,water resource security,aquatic ecological environment restoration,and the integration of water culture and landscape.This system aims to accelerate the comprehensive management of small and medium rivers.关键词
