稠油油藏井下蒸汽发生器传热规律研究
Study on Heat Transfer Laws of Downhole Steam Generator in Heavy Oil Reservoirs

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of unclear heat and mass transfer mechanism of the phase change in downhole steam generator of heavy oil reservoirs,based on the theory of engineering thermodynamics and heat transfer,a numerical calculation model of heat-flow-phase change was constructed,and the influence of injection parameters and heating power on steam generation and heating efficiency were studied.The results show that the downhole steam generator can realize the heating of liquid water and produce high temperature steam at the bottom of the well.The water injection rate is negatively correlated with the steam temperature and dryness at the bottom of the well.When the water injection rate increas from 2 t/d to 6 t/d,the heating efficiency increas by 36%.When the water injection rate is 8 t/d and the power of the electric heater is 2 MW,the liquid water is not heated to steam.The initial temperature of the injected liquid water is positively correlated with the steam and dryness at the bottom hole outlet.The increase of heating power has a significant effect on steam temperature and dryness.Excessive heating power can cause the surface temperature of the heater to be too high,resulting in a decrease in the overall heating efficiency.This study defines the key influencing factors and operational mechanisms governing downhole steam generators and provides theoretical guidance for the rational application of downhole steam generators in heavy oil reservoirs.关键词
