Abstract
The northern Shandong Plain,with its interconnected water systems and complex river networks,faces severe flood risks during the flood season due to its dense population and developed economy.Therefore,formulating and implementing a reasonable and effective flood control and dispatching operation plan has become critical to ensuring safe flood discharge and protecting lives and property in this region.Taking the flood control and dispatching operation plan for the main river sluices in Shanghe County as an example,the opening and degree of internal river network sluice gates were innovatively used as the control conditions in this study,the prior rainfall and hydro-meteorological forecasts were incorporated as the important references,and how to enhance the flood prevention and disaster reduction capabilities of the main river sluices in Shanghe County during the flood season was explored.Through scientific analysis,an effective flood control and dispatching operation plan was developed.This plan provides guidance for the operation of river network sluices in various counties and districts of the northern Shandong Plain,balancing flood drainage and water storage for irrigation while effectively reducing disaster losses.关键词
