Abstract

The management and maintenance of farmland water conservancy facilities are crucial components of comprehensive agricultural water pricing reform,directly affecting the interests of farmers.Under the background of agricultural water pricing reform,Dexing City has innovatively implemented the"1+N"management and maintenance model by procuring third-party maintenance services.This approach is tailored to local conditions and represents a novel path for the management of farmland water conservancy projects,effectively advancing comprehensive agricultural water pricing reform.In this paper,the main innovations and practices adopted in Dexing City were briefly introduced since the implementation of agricultural water pricing reform,the achievements and experiences in management and maintenance were summarized.These aim to provide references for other regions undertaking similar reforms and farmland water conservancy facility maintenance.
