井下大功率电加热器电感电容参数建模修正与数值模拟
Model Correction and Numerical Simulation for Inductance and Capacitance Parameters of Downhole High-power Electric Heaters

Abstract
For power frequency operating conditions of downhole high-power electric heaters,a simulation model for MI heating cables is established by integrating transmission line and multi-field coupling theory,utilizing multi-variable coupling analysis and COMSOL simulation methosd.Effects of temperature characteristics of magnesium oxide insulating materials,cable structural parameters,and grounding methods on equipment performance were analyzed.Temperature-driven correction model for capacitance parameters and a ground-coupled correction model for inductance parameters were developed,revealing variation pattern of dielectric constant with increasing temperature and influence of conductor spacing on capacitance.With aid of COMSOL simulation software,accuracy of aforementioned correction models under typical operating conditions was validated,thereby providing references for optimizingthe design of downhole high-power electric heaters.关键词
