Abstract
Objective To explore the classification characteristics of clinical nurses' perception of overall humanistic care in the county-level medical communities,and to analyze the influencing factors among different latent profiles.Methods Us-ing a convenience sampling method,1 015 clinical nurses from county-level medical communities in Jinhua were selected as study subjects from June to July 2024.The survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,the Nurses'Perception of Overall Humanistic Care Scale,the Nurse Professional Identity Scale,and the Emotional Intelligence Scale.Latent profile analysis was used to explore the potential categories of clinical nurses' perception of overall humanistic care.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were conducted to examine the influencing factors of different latent categories.Results Clinical nurses' perception of overall humanistic care could be divided into three latent categories,which were low overall perception-low patient care group(376 cases,37.04％),moderate overall perception-low organiza-tional care group(454 cases,44.73％),and high overall perception-high self care group(185 cases,18.23％).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that,compared with the low overall perception-low patient care group,nurses working in tertiary hospitals,those serving as team leaders,those who frequently or occasionally participated in care training,and those with a higher level of professional identity were more likely to belong to the moderate overall perception-low organiza-tional care group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Compared with the low overall perception-low patient care group,nurses working in tertiary hospitals,those serving as preceptors,those without financial burdens,those who frequently participated in care training,and those with a higher level of professional identity and emotional intelligence were more likely to belong to the high overall perception-high self care group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion There is group heterogeneity in clinical nurses' perception of overall humanistic care.Nursing administrators should de-velop personalized intervention measures based on the characteristics of nurses in different latent categories to improve their perception of overall humanistic care.关键词
