Abstract

Aiming at the core issue of the power purchase and sale trading strategy that power grid enterprises need to consider their reasonable operating costs and ensure stable power supply and price for users,this article clarifies the necessity of collaboratively optimizing the purchase cost and deviation cost of electricity purchase and sale combined with risk conduction by analyzing the existing key business processes and rules.Thus,different objectives are set for the annual optimization of electricity purchases,monthly optimization,and deviation costs.From a global and forward-looking perspective,a two-stage integrated transaction decision-making framework for power grid enterprises is proposed:"year by month,monthly time-sharing".Furthermore,by integrating expectation and risk analysis,a two-stage decision-making model for power grid enterprises in annual and monthly transactions is constructed.Mainly focusing on the uncertainty of electricity quantity and market prices on both sides of supply and demand,it sorts out the decision factors of annual and monthly electricity purchase costs and monthly electricity purchase and sale deviation costs of power grid enterprises and combines conditional value at risk(CVaR)for risk measurement.Finally,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed two-stage transaction decision-making model are verified through numerical cases,and the result shows that collaborative optimization decision-making has comprehensive advantages over that of single optimization of cost or deviation costs.
