癌症患者的自我调节疲劳
Self-regulatory fatigue in cancer patients
摘要
Abstract
The global incidence of cancer continues to rise, and although various treatments have significantly prolonged survival, their accompanying adverse effects compromise patients'physical and mental health.Prolonged anticancer therapy depletes patients'psychological resources, disrupts the dynamic balance of self-regulatory mechanisms, and may ultimately induce self-regulatory fatigue(SRF).SRF refers to a state of psychological resource exhaustion due to long-term self-control,resulting in impaired cognition, emotion, and behavior. It is prevalent among cancer patients and profoundly affects treatment adherence and quality of life.Current assessment tools include the Self-Regulatory Fatigue Scale, the Depletion Sensitivity Scale, the Ego-Depletion Sources Scale, the Ego-Depletion Aftereffects Scale, and the Self-Control Scale.Risk factors include low educational level, heavy financial burden, rural residence, advanced cancer stage, adverse effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy, negative emotions, and insufficient social support.Interventions such as cognitive-behavioral stress management, empowerment education, and digital health management have shown preliminary effectiveness, though more high-quality studies are needed.Future efforts should focus on developing localized assessment tools, deepening the exploration of underlying mechanisms, and expanding gender-specific,longitudinal,and integrative approaches combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
