Abstract
With the acceleration of agricultural modernization in China,agricultural water resources management faces unprecedented challenges and opportunities.To allocate water resources rationally and improve water use efficiency,deepen comprehensive reform of agricultural water pricing,and enhance informatization and management levels,the state has vigorously promoted the construction of an integrated information management platform for agricultural water pricing reform.Based on general standards in the water conservancy industry,an integrated information platform for agricultural water pricing reform was developed and implemented in Xinzhou District.This paper focused on the service architecture and construction content of the platform,which had been applied to water-saving irrigation projects in Xinzhou District.The results showed that the application of this platform significantly reduced labor and material costs,established new approaches for project maintenance and water usage supervision,achieved agricultural water conservation,and promoted the sustainable utilization of water resources.关键词
