关键工艺参数对天然石墨球化效果的影响研究
Study on the influence of key process parameters on the spheroidization effect of natural graphite

Abstract
To investigate the influence and mechanism of key parameters on graphite spheroidization effect,a combi-nation of experiments and simulations were used to examine the effects of spherulization wheel speed,grading wheel speed,system airflow on spheroidization effect,and corresponding flow field changes.The results show that the increase in the rotational speed of the spheroidization wheel enhances the horizontal rotation flow field and vertical circulation flow field of the equipment,resulting in a decrease in the particle size of the corresponding finished product and an increase in the tap density;The increase in the speed of the grading wheel reduces the upward airflow near the wall,increases the yield rate,and reduces the tap density.The optimal finished product can be obtained under the con-ditions of spheroidization wheel speed is 2 400 r/min,grading wheel speed is 1 500 r/min,and system airflow is 1 500 m3/h.The tap density is 1.01 g/cm3,the yield rate is 52%,and the D90/D10 is 3.07,which meets the energy density requirements of graphite negative electrode materials.关键词
