有机质含量对工业固废改性土力学性能的影响
Effect of organic matter content on the mechanical properties of industrial solid waste modified soil

Abstract
The treatment of muddy soft soil roadbed is a common technical problem in highway construction.The chemical reinforcement method has a good treatment effect,and the choice of curing agent is particularly critical.With the acceleration of China's industrial process,a large amount of industrial solid waste has been produced,such as phosphogypsum,slag,carbide slag,lithium slag,fly ash and so on.It is urgent to explore new ways of large-scale consumption of solid waste.This paper used humic acid as a substitute for organic matter and solidifies sludge soil with humic acid using phosphogypsum solidifier(CSP),lithium slag solidifier(LCB),cement,and fly ash(lime/fly ash).Unconfined compressive strength tests,shear strength tests,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and X-ray diffrac-tion(XRD)were conducted to investigate the effect of organic matter content on the mechanical properties of industrial solid waste modified soil.The results show that the unconfined compressive strength of the modified soil decreases with the increase of humic acid content.Humic acid makes the soil weakly acidic and hinders the hydration reaction and pozzolanic reaction.The increase of humic acid content leads to the decrease of shear strength of modified soil,the increase of cohesion and the decrease of internal friction angle.Humic acid enhanced the connection between soil particles and bound water,thickened the water film between soil particles,and weakened the shear resistance of soil.The structure of CSP modified soil is dense,and the LCB modified soil has more pores.The increase of humic acid leads to the decrease of hydration products,the increase of pores and the damage of structure.When the content of humic acid is less than or equal to 12%,the strength of CSP and LCB modified soil meets the requirements of sub-grade standard and can be used in road engineering.The research results can provide technical references for the rein-forcement of soft soil roadbeds and the comprehensive utilization of industrial solid waste.关键词
