青海马海地区低钾高钠高钙深藏卤水盐田自然蒸发试验研究
Experimental study on natural evaporation of deep brine salt field with low potassium,high sodium and high calcium in Mahai area of Qinghai Province

Abstract
The deep gravel pore brine in Mahai area of Qinghai Province belongs to low potassium,high sodium and high calcium chloride type brine,and there is no successful experience in development and utilization at present.In this paper,the deep gravel pore brine extracted from about 1 000 m deep wells in different locations of the Mahai potassium mine survey area was selected to carry out the field salt field natural evaporation test to explore the salt precipitation sequence and law of this type of brine in the natural evaporation process.The results show that the solid-liquid phase separation is carried out three times in the 1#,2#and 3#sodium salt pools in the salt field natural evaporation test.The entrainment rates of KCl in the salt are 5.17%,7.28%and 2.78%respectively after three times of separation.The fourth solid-liquid separation is carried out when the brine in the salt pond reached the old brine point.Finally,high-quality carnallite with potassium chloride mass fraction more than or equal to 17%is produced in the salt pond.The recovery rate of KCl in carnallite is 77.27%,and the yield is 1.7%.The order of precipitated solid phase in the process of evaporation crystallization is halite,gypsum,halite,magnesium chloride,and no sylvite is produced.Na+was first precipitated when the brine density was 1.19 g/mL,and K+was precipitated in the solid phase when the brine density was 1.278 9 g/mL(potassium saturation point).The minerals precipitated in the sodium salt pool are mainly halite,and the minerals precipitated in the pool are mainly carnallite;trace elements are enriched in the liquid phase in the form of ions during evaporation,and it is difficult to form independent minerals.关键词
