摘要

Abstract

In order to maintain the better storage quality of Xinfengmilu peach fruit,1-MCP,GA3,1-MCP+GA3 combination were selected.At low temperature of(1.0±0.5) ℃,the effects of different treatments on the quality of peach fruit,cell membrane permeability,cell wall components and related enzyme activities were investigated.The results showed that 1-MCP+GA3 combination treatment could most effectively inhibit the fruit respiration rate,reduce the degree of damage to the permeability of the cell membrane.And delay the activity of cell wall-related degradative enzymes,maintain higher fruit firmness and TSS content.Compared with the control(CK),when stored for 25 days,the fruit hardness of 1-MCP+GA3 combination was still as high as 3.89 kg·cm-2,which was 2.1 times that of the control.TSS content was still 12.29%,1.02%higher than the CK,the value of CO2 emission reduction of 1-MCP+GA3 combination was 21.68 mg·(kg·h)-1,while that of CK was 50.05 mg·(kg·h)-1.The relative electrical conductivity of 1-MCP+GA3 combination was only 48.23%,while that of the CK group was as high as 63.24%.The MDA content of the 1-MCP+GA3 combination was 74%that of the CK group,the decrease in the protopectin content was 76%that of the decrease in the CK group,the PME activity was 82%that of the CK group,and the PG activity was 64%that of the CK group.Comprehensive analysis shows that the 1-MCP+GA3 combination is the best choice for postharvest preservation and quality maintenance of Xinfengmilu peach fruits.
