不同生态区甘蓝型油菜自交种和自然种的品质性状分析
Quality Traits of Brassica napus Selfing Seeds and Open Pollinating Seeds in Different Ecological Regions

Abstract
In order to promote the breeding and quality improvement of Brassica napus varieties,the quality traits of rapeseed was studied under pollination methods,bagging self-pollination and free pollination,in the winter rape area and the spring rape area with 9 samples of Brassica napus.The results showed that the oil content of free pollination was 4.31 percentage points higher than that of bagging self-pollination,and the oil content of spring rapeseed area was 3.81 percentage points higher than that of winter rapeseed area.And the protein content of the bagging selfing was 3.31 percentage points higher than that of free pollination,and the protein content of winter rapeseed area was 2.59 percentage points higher than that of spring rapeseed area.The content of unsaturated fatty acids in winter rapeseed area was higher than that in spring rapeseed area,and the content of unsaturated fatty acids in free pollination was lower than that in bagging self-pollination.The erucic acid & glucosinolate content in winter rapeseed area were 1.08 percentage points and 1.92 umnol·g-1 lower than that in spring rapeseed area.Therefore it's possible to select high oil content rapeseed germplasm resources in the spring rape area and high protein,high unsaturated fatty acid rapeseed germplasm resources in the winter rape area through determinating and comparing the quality traits of rapeseed in different ecological zones.The shuttle breeding can realize complementary advantages between spring and winter rapeseed areas,it's of reference significance for cultivating varieties with excellent quality traits.关键词
