摘要

Abstract

The protected vegetable industry is not only a key strategy and important pathway for promoting agricultural advancement,but has also become a leading sector boosting farmers'income.With the rapid expansion of the protected vegetable industry,the damage caused by root-knot nematodes(Meloidogyne spp.)has become increasingly severe,which has evolved into a critical issue restricting the sustainable production of protected vegetables.At present,chemical control of root-knot nematodes is still the primary strategy,but some chemical nematicides recently have been banned or restricted due to the high toxicity or environmental problems.Biological control has attracted growing attention because it is environmentally friendly,safe for humans and animals,and not easy to develop resistance.Microorganisms are important resources for biological control.The application of biocontrol microorganisms to the management of root-knot nematodes is pivotal for the long-term and stable development of the protected vegetable industry.This review summarizes the recent research advances in the control of root-knot nematodes by using biocontrol microorganisms,including fungi,bacteria,and actinomyces,aiming to provide references for the integrated management of root-knot nematodes.
