GABA在高等植物中的功能研究进展
Advances in the study of GABA function in higher plants
摘要
Abstract
GABA is a non-protein amino acid ubiquitously present in organisms,and can be endogenously synthesized by plants or artificially regulated through exogenous application and microbial treatments to modulate its content in plant tissues.As a crucial signaling molecule,GABA exerts significant regulatory effects on the growth processes and stress responses in higher plants,making it an increasingly prominent research focus in plant science.This review comprehensively addresses the metabolic pathways of GABA biosynthesis and degradation in plants,GABA-mediated control of developmental processes spanning germination physiology,architectural formation,and productivity enhancement,biochemical modulation involving carbon-nitrogen metabolism coordination,phytohormone biosynthesis and postharvest quality management in horticultural products,as well as stress resilience mechanisms under adverse environmental conditions.Furthermore,this study critically summarizes the current research limitations,identifies unresolved scientific questions,and proposes potential research priorities.The theoretical insights presented aim to advance fundamental understanding of GABA's multifunctional roles and facilitate its practical applications in agricultural innovation.关键词
