大学一年级学生的积极心理资本对孤独感的影响:正性和负性情绪的中介作用
Impact of positive psychological capital on loneliness among first-year university students:mediating role of positive and negative affect

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of positive psychological capital on loneliness,and investigate the mediating role of positive and negative affect.Methods First-year students from a university in Shandong Province were recruited as participants.They were assessed by using the positive PsyCap questionnaire,the adolescent loneliness scale,and the positive and negative affect schedule.A total of 731 valid questionnaires were collected.The relevant data were statistically analysed.Results Positive psychological capital was significantly positively correlated with positive affect,and significantly negatively correlated with negative affect and loneliness.Loneliness was significantly negatively correlated with positive affect,and significantly positively correlated with negative affect.Positive psychological capital directly and negatively predicted loneliness(β=-0.488,P<0.001).After adding the mediating variables(positive and negative affect),the direct predictive effect decreased but remained significant(β=-0.438,P<0.001;β=-0.415,P<0.001).The mediating effects of positive and negative affect between positive psychological capital and loneliness were significant,with effect sizes of-0.050(95%CI:-0.092 to-0.012)and-0.073(95%CI:-0.108 to-0.043),accounting for 10.246%and 14.959%of the total effect,respectively.Conclusion Loneliness among first-year university students is directly diminished by positive psychological capital,and partially mediated by positive and negative affect.关键词
