An Exploration of the Impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence on Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Based on FAHP

Abstract
Objectively assessing the impact of artificial intelligence(AI)on ideological and political work in colleges and universities is essential for fostering the integration of AI with ideological and politi-cal education and for supporting the development of more precise ideological and political education plans in in colleges and universities.Grounded in the basic theories of ideological and political education,and from the perspective of the quality evaluation indicators of the ideological and political work system in col-leges and universities,this paper investigates the development status of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the background of generative artificial intelligence.It evaluates ideological and political work in colleges and universities from six dimensions:theoretical education,subject teach-ing,daily education,management and service,security and stability,and team building.By using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(FAHP)and the environmental assessment tool PSR model,variables such as resources,demands,emotions,experiences,methods,evaluations,values,ethics,security,teachers,and students are selected to construct an evaluation index system and model for the impact of generative AI on ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The positive and negative im-pacts of generative AI on ideological and political work in colleges and universities are evaluated,and the practical and research trends of ideological and political work in colleges and universities under the back-ground of ChatGPT are explored.This provides a reference for ideological and political work in colleges and universities to better embrace the opportunities and challenges brought by the artificial intelligence revolution.The research shows that the current impact of generative artificial intelligence on ideological and political work in colleges and universities is generally positive,but there are certain differences and limitations.Its impact on subject teaching and daily education is the most significant,while its influence on management and service,as well as security and stability,is relatively limited and may even pose cer-tain risks and challenges.Generative AI also has a positive effect on improving the professional quality and technical ability of the teaching staff,though some deficiencies remain.关键词
