Abstract
The cultural and tourism industry is a pillar industry of country.New-form productivity holds great significance for the high-quality development of this sector.It can promote the construction of a new economic system for culture and tourism,better meet people's needs for a better life,protect and inherit excellent Chinese culture,and drive the industry towards"greenness."New quality productivity empow-ers high-quality development of the cultural and tourism sector towards excellence by four types of pro-ductivity:technology,factors,integration,and openness,and stimulates the transformation and upgra-ding of cultural and tourism industry from the three major systems of factors,technology,and scenarios.In the new era,it is essential to promote technological innovation,institutional innovation,model innova-tion,and structural innovation,cultivate and develop new quality productivity in cultural and tourism in-dustries,consolidate the role of cultural and tourism industries in stimulating consumption,promote in-dustrial high-quality development,and provide a solid foundation for national economic governance.关键词
