太赫兹电光采样测量中的晶体响应函数研究
Research of electro-optic response of electro-optic crystal to Terahertz wave
摘要
Abstract
The calculated curves of the refractive index and absorption coefficient of ZnTe,GaP,and GaSe electro-optic crystals as a function of terahertz frequency were provided,and their refractive index and group index in the optical region were compared.The electro-optic response function related to the Terahertz frequency and crystal thickness was theoretically calculated,and the electro-optic response of the Terahertz pulse to the crystal was obtained.Finally,the qualitative relationship between the crystal thickness,the pulse width of the detected light pulse,and the spectral width of the detected Terahertz pulse was obtained.The difference between the actual waveform and the measured waveform of Terahertz waves was simulated.This provides a basis for accurate measurement of Terahertz electric fields and spectra.关键词
