Abstract
The Family Nurse Diet Therapy Model(FNDM)is an innovative nursing model proposed by professor Han Shifan's team based on the"Family Nurse Diet Therapy"to address bottlenecks in global dietary intervention for chronic diseases,such as vague targets,single-role involvement,and poor regional adaptability.By integrating theoretical tracing,empirical analysis,and philosophical reflection,this article systematically interprets the core concepts:precision intervention with"Shi-Fan-Nutrients(SFN)",practical pathways,and life-philosophy implications of FNDM.关键词
