低氧诱导牙髓干细胞Nestin神经向分化的初步探讨
Preliminary exploration of hypoxia-induced neural differentiation of Nestin in dental pulp stem cells

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the differentiation of Nestin in dental pulp stem cells induced by hypoxia and to explore its potential applications in dental pulp tissue regeneration and the treatment of related diseases.Methods:Dental pulp tissue was extracted from freshly extracted wisdom teeth or premolars removed for orthodontic purposes.Dental pulp stem cells were isolated,cultured,purified,and identified.The cells were treated with CoCl2 solutions at concentrations of 50,100,200,and 300 μmol/L for 48 hours.qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of Nestin in dental pulp stem cells.Results:Nestin was positively expressed in dental pulp stem cells,reaching a peak at around 80℃with 100 μmol/L CoCl2,after which its expression decreased with increasing temperature.Conclusion:In an anaerobic environment,dental pulp stem cells can prominently express Nestin,which holds potential for applications in dental pulp tissue regeneration and the treatment of related diseases.关键词
