家庭护士食疗模式在代谢综合征合并睡眠障碍病人中的干预效果研究
Study on the intervention effect of Family Nurse Diet Therapy Model in patients with metabolic syndrome complicated with sleep disorder

Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of Family Nurse Diet Therapy Model on patients with metabolic syndrome(MetS)complicated with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 158 patients diagnosed with metabolic syndrome accompanied by sleep disorders[with a Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score>7]were recruited from communities in Taiyuan city from August to October 2024 as the research subjects.General information of the subjects(gender,age,height,weight,etc.)was collected.Blood biochemical indicators before and after the intervention were also collected,including blood glucose[fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)],blood lipids[triglycerides,total cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)],liver and kidney functions[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),urea,serum creatinine,uric acid],inflammatory factors[high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)],and oxidative stress indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD)].Based on the Family Nurse Diet Therapy,a diet intervention plan was developed.According to the analysis of body composition,the recipe was prepared by using the food exchange method and family nurse App,and the recipe was updated according to the actual feedback and adaptability of the subjects every week.The total intervention period was six weeks.Results:After 6 weeks of intervention,the sleep quality of patients was significantly improved,BMI was significantly decreased,the indicators of fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,HOMA-IR,uric acid,ALT,AST,triglycerides,total cholesterol,HDL-C,LDL-C,hs-CRP,TNF-α,MDA and SOD were significantly improved(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Sleep disorders are common in patients with metabolic syndrome and are closely related to metabolic disorders,inflammation and oxidative stress.Family Nurse Diet Therapy Model significantly improved the patient's sleep quality index and body metabolism level,reduced the patient's inflammation and oxidative stress levels,and reduced the patient's weight.关键词
