Abstract
Taking a certain axial flow pump model as an example,after fixing the installation angle of the impeller blades,this study investigates the influence of adjusting the inlet installation angles of the integral and segmented guide vanes on its performance under different flow conditions.Using Fluent fluid simulation software with the Realizable k-ε turbulence model,numerical simulations were conducted to analyze the efficiency of the axial flow pump unit under various guide vane inlet angles.The results indicate that under low flow conditions,adjusting the guide vane inlet angle can further improve pump unit efficiency.However,at high flow conditions,continued adjustment of the guide vane inlet angle conversely leads to reduced efficiency.关键词
