Analysis on benefit improvement of four-quadrant frequency conversion reverse power generation in low head pumping stations
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous development of hydropower technology,the energy utilization efficiency of low head pumping stations has gradually become a research focus.In response to the technical problems of low efficiency,high vibration noise,and harmonic interference in reverse power generation of low head pumping stations,an optimization scheme based on four-quadrant frequency converters is proposed.Through the verification of the Huaiyin Second Station project and the combination of phase-shifting transformer multi unit cascade topology and sensorless vector control technology,efficient and stable operation of the unit under low head(1.8-3.3 m)conditions has been achieved.Detailed analysis of the power generation performance of water pumps under different blade angles,comparison of operating efficiency,vibration performance,and economic benefits between the same speed power generation and variable frequency power generation modes.Relevant research can provide technical support for reverse power generation in low head pumping stations.关键词
