iRoot SP、GuttaFlow2和BioRoot RCS在牙体牙髓病患者单尖法根管充填治疗中的对比分析
Comparative analysis of iRoot SP,GuttaFlow2 and BioRoot RCS in the single-point root canal filling treatment of patients with endodontic disease

Abstract
Objective:To compare and analyze the application effect of iRoot SP,GuttaFlow2 and BioRoot RCS in the single-point root canal filling treatment of patients with endodontic disease.Methods:From January 2023 to January 2025,120 patients with endodontic disease(151 affected teeth)were randomly divided into iRoot SP group(40 cases,52 teeth),GuttaFlow2 group(40 cases,49 teeth)and BioRoot RCS group(40 cases,50 teeth)by drawing lots.All the three groups were treated with single-point root canal filling,used iRoot SP,GuttaFlow2,BioRoot RCS(with gutta percha point),re-spectively,as the root canal filling material.The root canal filling time,root canal filling quality,pain degree[numerical rating scale(NRS)],pain stress indicators[cortisol(Cor),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),substance P(SP)],periodontal health status(plaque index score,sulcus bleeding index score)and complications were compared among the three groups.Results:The time of root canal filling in iRoot SP group and GuttaFlow2 group was shorter than that in BioRoot RCS group(P<0.05),and the root canal filling time in GuttaFlow2 group was shorter than that in iRoot SP group(P<0.05).The NRS scores at 3 days,1 week and 1 month after treatment,scores of sulcus bleeding index and plaque index at 3 months after treatment and levels of Cor,PGE2 and SP at 3 days after treatment were decreased in the three groups,and the above scores and levels were lower in iRoot SP group and BioRoot RCS group than those in GuttaFlow2 group(P<0.05),and there were no statistical differences between iRoot SP group and BioRoot RCS group(P>0.05).The scores of sulcus bleeding index and plaque index were de-creased at 3 months after treatment,but there were no statistical differences between the two groups(P>0.05).No statistical differences were observed in the quality of root canal filling and the incidence rates of complications among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the single-point root canal filling treatment of patients with endodontic disease,iRoot SP,Gutta-Flow2 and BioRoot RCS can achieve ideal filling quality,and have no significant influence on periodontal health.GuttaFlow2 has higher operation efficiency,and iRoot SP and BioRoot RCS have more advantages in postoperative pain control and stress response reduction.关键词
