Life optimization method for fuel cell multi-stack system based on working conditions constraints
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the energy distribution control of multi-stack systems for heavy-duty transportation or high-power fuel cells,the life of multi-stack fuel cell systems is optimized by obtaining the life prediction under the normal operating conditions of fuel cell stacks and the life expectancy under each current density working point.Based on the influence of operating conditions on the intrinsic health state of the fuel cell system,considering the uniqueness of the single operating condition of the single-stack system,the power constraint,the attenuation rate constraint and the attenuation deviation constraint between multiple stacks are used to extend the single operating condition of the traditional multi-stack system to the adaptable multi-operation condition so as to avoid the significant reduction of the overall system life caused by the rapid performance decay of a single stack under the uniform distribution of the multi-stack system.This study has important practical significance for improving the durability of fuel cell multi-stack fuel cell systems and guiding the control strategy of fuel cell multi-stack systems.关键词
