围术期系统性干预对行超声乳化抽吸联合人工晶体植入术的老年白内障患者的影响
Effects of perioperative systemic intervention on elderly cataract patients undergoing phacoemulsification combined with in-traocular lens implantation

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of perioperative systematic intervention on elderly cataract patients under-going phacoemulsification(PHACO)combined with intraocular lens implantation(IOL).Methods A total of 120 elderly cataract patients who underwent PHACO combined with IOL in Anqing Municipal Hospital between April 2023 and February 2025 were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).The control group re-ceived conventional perioperative nursing intervention,while the observation group received perioperative systematic interven-tion.The psychological status[Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],perioperative in-somnia rate,nursing satisfaction,and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the SDS and SAS scores,as well as the perioperative insomnia rate,in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Perioperative systematic intervention can effectively improve the psychological status of elderly cataract patients undergoing PHACO complicated with IOL,enhance nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of perioperative insomnia.It has good effects on both single-eye and double-eye surgery patients.关键词
