Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the diagno-sis of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.Methods The clinical data of 152 elderly patients with femoral intertro-chanteric fractures who underwent surgical treatment in People's Hospital of Linquan County from January 2021 to May 2024 were retrospectively selected.They were divided into observation group(n=76)and control group(n=76)according to the preoperative examination methods.The observation group received MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction examination before the operation,while the control group received X-ray examination before the operation.Based on the intraoperative X-ray ex-amination results,the detection rates of the fracture stability and cortical continuity,as well as the fracture classification,were compared between the two groups.The operation conditions were also compared between the two groups.Results Compared with intraoperative X-ray results,preoperative X-ray showed higher detection rates of fracture stability and cortical continuity in the control group(P＜0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the detection rates of fracture stability and cortical continuity between preoperative MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction examination and intraoperative X-ray examina-tion in the observation group(P＞0.05).The fracture classification results in the control group showed statistically significant differences from the intraoperative X-ray results(P＜0.05),while the fracture classification results in the observation group showed no statistically significant differences from the intraoperative X-ray results(P＞0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a shorter surgical time and less intraoperative bleeding,with statistical significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of fracture stability and cortical continuity in elderly patients with femoral inter-trochanteric fractures by MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction may be more consistent with intraoperative X-ray results.It may help shorten surgical time and reduce intraoperative bleeding.关键词
