穴位贴敷结合康复指导下易筋经托天式训练治疗老年神经根型颈椎病的疗效分析
Analysis of therapeutic effects of acupoint application combined with Yijinjing Tuotian style training under rehabilitation guid-ance in treatment of elderly patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with Yijinjing Tuotian style training under rehabilitation guidance in the treatment of elderly patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)from January 2022 to November 2024 were selected and randomly divided into com-bined group(n=55)and control group(n=55).The control group received the Yijinjing Tuotian style training under rehabil-itation guidance,while the combined group received acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The TCM symptom scores,cervical spine range of motion,degree of cervical spine dysfunction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores in both groups were lower than those in the same group before treatment,and the combined group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The cervical spine range of motion in both groups increased,and the combined group was larger than the control group(P＜0.05).The degree of cervical spine dysfunc-tion in both groups decreased,and the combined group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of the SF-36 scale in both groups increased,and the combined group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of Yijinjing Tuotian style training under rehabilitation guidance,the addition of acupoint application can enhance the thera-peutic effect of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy in elderly patients and improve the range of motion of the cervical vertebrae.It has certain clinical application value.关键词
