右归丸在骨关节炎疾病中作用的相关信号通路的研究现状
Current Status of Research on Signaling Pathways Related to Role of Yougui Pill(右归丸)in Osteoarthritic Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Osteoarthritis is not only a common degenerative joint disease occurring in middle-aged and elderly people,but also one of the advantageous diseases treated by traditional Chinese medicine.In the treatment of early osteoarthritis,i.e.,K-L stage 1-2,Yougui Pill(右归丸)has been incorporated into the routine use by some clinicians because it can provide safe and ef-fective anti-inflammatory and paroxysmal pain,as well as preventing the degradation of cartilage to a certain degree,in order to reduce the side-effects of modern first-line osteoarthritis medications such as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs),cartilage-protecting drugs,etc.,and ultimately control the progression of osteoarthritis.According to traditional Chi-nese medicine,Yougui Pill has the effect of warming kidney Yang and filling the essence to replenish seminal emission,but mod-ern research lacks the therapeutic mechanism of Yougui Pill in osteoarthritis as well as the mediating effect of the related signaling pathway,which leads to the limitation of the clinical use of Yougui Pill.Therefore,in this paper,it reviewed the mechanism of ac-tion and the signaling pathways involved in osteoarthritis and provide theoretical references for subsequent studies.关键词
