Research on the Comprehensive School-Enterprise Education Mechanism of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"in Vocational Education
摘要
Abstract
The comprehensive education of"post-course-competition-certificate"is an important measure to promote high-quality development of vocational education in the new era.This paper analyzes the current situation of the comprehensive education of"post-course-competition-certificate"in vocational education.The cooperation between schools and enterprises has remained at the policy level,the top design of professional groups is poor,the positioning of talent cultivation goals is unclear,and the course setting deviates from job requirements.Therefore,a comprehensive school-enterprise education mechanism of"post-course-competition-certificate"in vocational education has been established:schools and enterprises jointly build a comprehensive education platform for"post-course-competition-certificate",do a good job in the top-level design,and establish a diversified teaching evaluation system.Through the integration of schools and enterprises,we upgrade the talent cultivation plan,build a high-quality comprehensive education platform,share teaching staff,jointly build courses,co-organize competitions,carry out order-based training,and promote the formation of a closed loop of the four elements of"post,course,competition and certificate".关键词
