高职院校AI教育需求与供给适配研究
Research on the Adaptation between the Demand and Supply of AI Education in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
With the accelerated advancement of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,the structural contradiction between the supply of AI education in higher vocational colleges and the demand of intelligent transformation of regional industries has become increasingly prominent.On one hand,there is a severe disconnect between AI courses and the actual needs of enterprises,making it difficult for students to apply what they have learned in enterprises;on the other hand,the integration of traditional majors with AI is insufficient,resulting in students having poor competitiveness in the intelligent job market.This research aims to reveal the structural contradiction between the cultivation of AI skills and the demand of intelligent transformation of regional industries.It formulates a collaborative innovation plan for industry-education collaboration,constructs a dual-certification system of schools and enterprises,and employs a dynamic adjustment mechanism to ensure that education is in sync with industrial demand.This provides an empirical basis for the supply-side reform of AI education in higher vocational colleges,enabling teaching content to better meet the needs of enterprises.关键词
