高职院校"岗课赛证"育人模式构建与实践
Construction and Practice of"Post-Course-Competition-Certificate"Integrated Talent Cultivation Model in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
To solve the problem of the disconnect between vocational education talent cultivation and job needs,this study,in response to the demand for high-quality,compound technical and skilled talents in industrial upgrading,has constructed and implemented the"post-course-competition-certificate"education model for higher vocational civil engineering-related majors.This model deeply integrates school-enterprise cooperation,reconstructs a modular and project-based curriculum system,and integrates the standards of skills competitions with the requirements of vocational qualification certificates,forming a closed-loop training path of"job ability-course content-competition assessment-certificate certification".Practice shows that this model has significantly enhanced students' job adaptability,technical and skill level,and the holding rate of"dual certificates"in vocational qualification.It has effectively achieved"employment upon graduation",providing a replicable and effective path for deepening the integration of industry and education and improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational civil engineering-related majors,thus having promotion value.关键词
