摘要

Abstract

To solve the problem of the disconnect between vocational education talent cultivation and job needs,this study,in response to the demand for high-quality,compound technical and skilled talents in industrial upgrading,has constructed and implemented the"post-course-competition-certificate"education model for higher vocational civil engineering-related majors.This model deeply integrates school-enterprise cooperation,reconstructs a modular and project-based curriculum system,and integrates the standards of skills competitions with the requirements of vocational qualification certificates,forming a closed-loop training path of"job ability-course content-competition assessment-certificate certification".Practice shows that this model has significantly enhanced students' job adaptability,technical and skill level,and the holding rate of"dual certificates"in vocational qualification.It has effectively achieved"employment upon graduation",providing a replicable and effective path for deepening the integration of industry and education and improving the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational civil engineering-related majors,thus having promotion value.
