Abstract
Objective To explore the perioperative intervention effects of modular nursing on elderly female patients undergoing SMAS layer rhytidectomy under endoscopy.Methods A prospective randomized controlled study was conducted.A total of 18 elderly female patients who underwent the SMAS layer rhytidectomy under endoscopy in Huadong Hospital Affilia-ted to Fudan University from June 2023 to June 2025 were included and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 9 cases in each group.The experimental group received modular nursing,while the control group received conven-tional nursing.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)pain scores,and nursing satisfac-tion survey results were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in SAS scores at 24 h before surgery be-tween the two groups was 1.33±9.35.The difference in SAS scores at 72 h after surgery was 12.11±2.03(P=0.008 5).The NRS scores of the experimental group at 24,48,and 72 h after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.01).The nursing satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.001).Conclusion The modular nursing can effectively improve the psychological status and nursing experience of elderly patients undergoing SMAS layer rhytidectomy under endoscopy.It provides a new paradigm for plastic and aesthetic surgical nursing.关键词
