5A护理模式在老年功能性胃肠病患者中的应用研究
Application of 5A nursing model in elderly patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effects of 5A nursing model in elderly patients with functional gastro-intestinal disorders.Methods 60 elderly patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders admitted to Ninth People's Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University from August 2023 to July 2024 were retrospectively selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30)by the digital table method.Both groups received conventional general treatment,drug treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received 5A nursing intervention on the same treatment as the control group.Both groups received the intervention for 3 months.The scores of quality of life and self-efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the total score of quality of life and self-efficacy score of the observation group were both higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The 5A nursing model can help improve the quality of life of elderly patients with functional gastrointestinal disorders and enhance their self-efficacy.关键词
