Research on the Team Construction of Higher Vocational Counselors under the Background of New Quality Productive Forces
摘要
Abstract
The development of new quality productive forces puts forward new requirements for the quality of ideological and political work of students in higher vocational colleges.The counselor team undertakes the fundamental task of moral cultivation and casting soul and their overall quality is crucial to the quality of talent training.It is urgent to build a high-level counselor team with strong political integrity,profound devotion,solid professional expertise,new thinking and upright work style,so as to meet the needs of high-quality connotation development of higher vocational education.Therefore,from the three dimensions,taking account of the new requirements of the development of new quality productive forces for the construction of counselor team,the paper discusses the current situation and difficulties faced by higher vocational counselor team construction.The suggestions are put forward from the aspects of optimizing the top-level design,standardizing the selection and evaluation system,building the growth and development platform and perfecting the exit mechanism.关键词
