Abstract
Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the expression levels and clinical significance of serum immuno-globulin E(IgE),specific immunoglobulin E(sIgE),interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in patients with acute urti-caria.Methods A retrospective study was conducted using the data of 120 patients with acute urticaria admitted to our hospital from March 2023 to March 2024,and 120 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected in a 1:1 ratio to serve as controls.The differences in serum IgE,sIgE,IL-6 and CRP levels between the two groups were compared.The ROC curve was used to analyze the value of serum IgE,sIgE,IL-6,and CRP levels in diagnosing acute urticaria,and the correlation between serum IgE,sIgE,IL-6,and CRP levels was analyzed.Results Compared to the control group,the total inhalation allergen detection rate and total ingestion allergen detection rate were higher in the study group(P<0.05).Compared to the control group,the study group had higher levels of total IgE antibodies,allergen sIgE antibodies,CRP,and IL-6(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC values for diagnosing acute urticaria were 0.783,0.733,0.784,and 0.748 for serum IgE,sIgE,IL-6,and CRP levels,respectively.The sensitivity values were 0.492,0.508,0.492,and 0.500,with corresponding specificity values of 1.000 for each.The above factors were incorporated into the logistic regression model,and the regression coefficients(β)were calculated.The joint data(joint data=0.028×IgE+2.167×sIgE+0.681×IL-6+0.257×CRP)were obtained through statistical analysis,with the regression coefficients being 0.028 for IgE,2.167 for sIgE,0.681 for IL-6,and 0.257 for CRP,respectively.The AUC for combined data diagnosis of acute urticaria was 0.865,with sensitivity and specificity of 0.850 and 0.883.Pearson correlation showed that serum IgE,sIgE,IL-6,and CRP levels were all positively correlated(r=0.494,0.568,0.576,0.461,0.403,P<0.05).Conclusion There are multiple allergens in the serum allergen detection of patients with acute urticaria.The expression of IgE,sIgE,IL-6,and CRP levels can be used as effective indicators for clinical diagnosis of acute urticaria,and the combined data has better diagnostic value.关键词
