摘要

Abstract

Solar water heating systems face freezing risks in winter,which limits their adoption in cold climates.This study proposes a daily filling and draining strategy to eliminate freezing while maintaining thermal efficiency.A mathematical model that describes the filling process of the collector system was established and experimentally validated.The study analyzes the influence of parameters such as the filling pump head,the aperture and position of the air valve,and the scale of the collector pipeline network on the filling time,flow rate,and pressure during the filling process.By imposing constraints on parameters characterizing the filling process,design principles for the filling system were established,offering valuable insights for the design of the daily filling and draining solar hot water collector system.
