通心络联合缬沙坦治疗对老年原发性高血压患者血压及血管内皮功能的影响
Effects of Tongxinluo combined with valsartan on blood pressure and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with es-sential hypertension

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of Tongxinluo combined with valsartan on blood pressure and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with essential hypertension,and provide a reference for the treatment of this disease.Methods 210 elderly patients with essential hypertension admitted to Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xindu District,Chengdu,between June 2023 and June 2024 were included and randomly divided into combination group(n=105)and control group(n=105)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with valsartan,while the combination group was treated with Tongxinluo in addition to the same treatment as the control group.The levels of blood pressure,nitric oxide(NO),endothelin(ET),angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ),and thromboxane A2(TXA2)were observed and compared between the two groups before treatment and after three months of treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions,the total effective rate and prognosis were also compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of systolic and diastolic blood pressures,ET,Ang Ⅱ,and TXA2 in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of NO was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The rate of reaching the standard blood pressure in the combination group was higher than that in the control group,while the incidence of coronary heart disease was lower than that in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo combined with valsartan can significantly improve blood pressure level and vascular endothelial function in elderly patients with essential hypertension.It has good safety and can improve the prognosis of these patients.关键词
