宿迁市秋茬胡萝卜的主要农艺性状与光合参数研究
Study on Main Agronomic Traits and Photosynthetic Parameters of Autumn Carrot in Suqian City

Abstract
In order to select the carrot cultivars with high quality,high yield and high light efficiency,the main agronomic characters and photosynthetic parameters of 8 carrot varieties planted in Suqian City were compared.All the tested varieties were sown in the open field in autumn.After maturity,their main agronomic traits and photosynthetic parameters were determined,and each index was analyzed by significance analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the weight of the underground part per plant of the 8 varieties ranged from 88.37 to 330.33 g,among which the underground part of NJ-1 was 330.33 g/plant,which was significantly higher than that of other varieties.The fleshy root length of MLK was the longest(29.52 cm),and NJ-1 had obvious advantages in net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance.The underground part weight was extremely significantly positively correlated with net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance.The chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate showed a positive correlation.NJ-1 was located near multiple positively correlated growth-related traits,indicating that it had significant advantages in petiole number,aboveground part weight,and stomatal conductance,which collectively suggested strong growth vigor and high yield potential.In summary,the NJ-1 and NJ-3 have better yield potential than other varieties in the important indexes of underground weight and net photosynthetic rate,and can be used as planting materials of high-quality,high-yield and high-light efficiency carrots in Suqian City.关键词
