摘要
Abstract
Building an optimized rural business environment is an inherent requirement and key driving force for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.The in-depth penetration and innovative application of digital technology have provided unprecedented impetus for enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of rural policy responses,improving the inclusiveness and accessibility of financial services,regulating market operation order and stimulating its intrinsic vitality.Digital technology has achieved phased results in empowering business environment elements such as rural policies,finance and markets.However,in the process of empowering the construction of rural business environment with digital technology,there are still many challenges.To this end,it is necessary to build a new model of digital governance oriented by demand,create a new ecosystem of credit empowerment driven by data,improve a new pattern of market governance supported by intelligence,shape a new support for digital rural development centered on talent,and drive the rural business environment to achieve higher-quality dynamic optimization.关键词
