Advances in anesthesia management strategies for preventing tourniquets-related adverse reactions
摘要
Abstract
Tourniquets are widely used in limb surgeries.While they play a crucial role in hemostasis,they can also cause a series of adverse reactions and complications,which may negatively impact the patients'comfort and prognosis.To prevent the adverse reactions of tourniquets,various methods have been explored in clinical practice,among which the intervention of anesthesia methods and anesthetic drugs are the most commonly used and effective.This article reviews the clinical application progress of anesthesia management strategies in preventing and treating tourniquets-related adverse reactions aiming to provide references for reducing tourniquets-related adverse reactions and improving the surgical experience of patients.关键词
