关于农村相对贫困治理问题的思考

Abstract
The governance of relative poverty in rural areas has become an important task for the goal of realizing common prosperity.Addressing the issue of relative poverty is a key topic in current rural development.At present,the governance of relative poverty in rural areas is confronted with structural predicaments characterized by"difficulty in identification,difficulty in balance,and easy recurrence".To effectively address the challenges,it is necessary to take multi-dimensional identifications as the orientation and construct a scientific dynamic relative poverty identification standard.With the goal of enhancing risk resilience,efforts should be made to transform from targeted poverty alleviation to coordinated prevention of poverty relapse.Based on the optimization of the policy system,promote the effective connection between the governance of relative poverty and rural revitalization;With the core of expanding empowerment and enhancing efficiency,a sound mechanism for driving the internal drive of farmers should be established.关键词
