Abstract

[Objective]Through multi-point field experiments conducted in typical potato planting areas in northern China(Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,Hebei,and Shaanxi),this study aimed to systematically evaluate the effectiveness of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens water solution in preventing and treating potato scab disease in northern China,as well as its impact on soil microecology.[Method]A randomized block design was used to compare and understand the preventive and therapeutic effects of 1 billion spores/mL starch spore Bacillus water solution and conventional chemical agent 3%thiamethoxam water dispersible granules.[Result]The average control effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens water solution in northern regions reached 65.92%,with the highest(70.63%)in Zhangjiakou,Hebei Province.The potato yield of the treatment group increased by an average of 3.67%compared to that of the control group,and the rate of commercial potatoes increased by 16.36%.The Shannon index of soil microbial diversity increased by 23.1%,and the relative abundance of actinomycetes significantly increased.[Conclusion]The research has confirmed that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens water solution has significant disease prevention,yield increase,and soil improvement effects in northern regions,and can serve as an effective alternative to chemical pesticides.
