河南农村低收入家庭增收策略探析
Analysis of Income-increasing Strategies for Low-income Families in Rural Areas of Henan Province

Abstract
Promoting stable income growth for low-income rural households is an essential requirement for preventing relapse into poverty and achieving common prosperity for all..Statistics shows that the income level of low-income rural families in Henan Province is currently relatively low.The proportion of wage income is high but unstable,and the proportion of net business income is not high and fluctuates.It is relatively large,with the highest proportion of net transfer income but limited growth space.Low-income families in rural areas of Henan Province still face practical obstacles such as increased difficulty in non-agricultural employment,low agricultural business efficiency and weak risk resistance capacity.To promote the stable income growth of low-income families in rural areas of Henan Province,it is necessary to continuously stabilize the employment of low-income families and increase their wage income.Accelerate the construction of a modern rural industrial system and enhance the efficiency of connecting and benefiting farmers.Deepen the reform of the rural property rights system and increase the net property income of low-income families;Optimize the rural social assistance system and make up for the shortcomings of rural social welfare.关键词
